This blog is written by Christian men, for Christian men. It aims to encourage men to live for Christ, in the freedom and fullness of His joy, in all things for their everyday lives.
What do we believe? Well, we could talk for hours, but it can be neatly summarised by a few lines of William Cowper’s poem Love Constraining To Obedience.
To see the Law by Christ fulfilled,
To hear His pardoning voice,
Changes a slave into a child
And duty into choice.
The Bible says that God has given us every thing we need to know him, but in our natural form we are in a constant state of rebellion against Him. Scriptures declare that we deserve punishment for our rebellion, but because God is love he has chosen to forgive us by punishing His own Son, Jesus Christ instead of us.
Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us—for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who is hanged on a tree” Galatians 3:13
In his grace and mercy, God offers us the free gift of salvation for every who repents of their sin and trusts in Jesus as their Lord and Saviour.
